The Dark Side

My transformation to The Dark Side is mostly complete: I now have a Macbook.
Work: iMac
Home: Macbook
Pocket: iPhone
Too many forces pulling me to Macside; the Emperor, Darth Jobs, is pretty persuasive. The educational discount helped, too- oh, and the free iPod Touch.

Volunteering

I’ve been considering some more concerete ways to share and help others, so I found a site called volunteermatch.org, where you can find out about volunteer opportunities. From there, I found out about a site called in2books.com, which is part of epals.com (an online education cooperative).

Another beautiful day – wonderful.
A few more pics (man, my sensor has a ton of dust bunnies – I need to get it into Nikon!).

Yosemite#1

A few shots from our first-ever trip to Yosemite (these are quick-edits from Picasa – no PS yet). These are from Yosemite Lodge Falls (lower). The rock the girls are on is a natural granite slide.
